Working hours/schedule that allow for Work-Life Balance

The Customer Service role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. A standard contract includes a fixed 40 hours per week. Depending on role location, there are roles available based 100% at home, or 100% in an office.
Traditionally, shifts are 4 x 10 hour or 5 x 8 hour days. We schedule variable shifts based on a variety of shift patterns within a 24-hour period, Monday to Sunday, in order to match when customers need us most.
This means you will work a combination of day, late and overnight shifts. You will receive your work schedule at least 2 weeks in advance and your shifts may change every 2-3 weeks.
In addition, we offer paid time off – annual leave is 18 days. You may need to work national holidays, if your shift falls on those days. However, you will be compensated accordingly.
We offer maternity and paternity leave, depending on tenure. You can also take unpaid leave.
